Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

bigmunnki Relatively pleased with how the run went considering that it is so up and down. I found the second mile to be quite hard as that was firmly uphill and the finish was not easy. Need to lose mass if I want to run faster.

Duke of Drayton First time for this race, glad I didn't know how hilly it was before the race! Hard but I enjoyed it greatly beating my expected time was a real plus. Used the fell running technique from Febs RW mag to cope with the downhills - worked well too.

SillyGoose2007 Damn, hilly or what?! The massive downhill after mile 3 was where i managed bring my overall time down to just below my target after i thought i had no chance of a PB after the couple of miles! But still a good race an ended up with a PB after all.

sLickster Good news for the 8500 credits bet - a PB by two and a half minutes! So not bad, but by was it hilly!Found that I cannot run fast down steep hills without the muscles around my shins feeling like they are about to burst through my shins. Defo sub 33 on a flat course.
