fetcheveryone: Not black, no. It tingles for a while, but eventually the blood gets back in. Yesterday I found that running a mix of cool and warm water over it helped to open up the blood vessels. -

plodding hippo: Very common amgst runners.The tablet treatment can casue quite nasty flushing and a low blood pressure(was given it as a child for chillblains),You can get heated gloves, maybe you should do that -

Naomi P: It bloody hurts when the blood comes back in. I can get it indoors too. Keeping your core temperature higher helps me, better to sweat a bit more and not have painful useless hands, I find. -
