Trehis: Brill photo but that could be a little too much bounce and the arm swing looks a bit extravagant. Even with that you are still running phenomenally well. One photo is not necessarily indicative of your general form though.
And you look good regardless of form.

The great dollop: if you were lunging for the line - all ok - if that is with 20 meters to go - you need to keep that elbow a bit tighter - more up and down not round and reaching. Nice face too - very concentrated !!! -
