I have a half marathon race this weekend which will hopefully give me am indicator of how training is going.

A few long runs done, up to 20, and an undulating half two weeks ago in 1.37.51. Not a hot day but warm enough. Still haven't booked accommodation though. I feel like it is tempting fate after my spring attempts to get to the start line!
