Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Woof! Bark! And also Whiiiiiiiiiine.

The Fortiflora seems to have consistent good reviews but I have no experience of either myself. If your vet says that it's just as good, they should know mind you.

Glad Wanda is perking up ( as opposed to ....up )

I'm going to do some shopping then - never come across these before - our vets just hands out £80 worth of antibiotics ( which is why I don't take him unless I really think I have to) thanks folks :)

Good to hear Wanda is improving. We err on the side of caution more now with better understanding of dog health. Jet ate a large bowl of cat food yesterday which went straight through him. He had his tail up and a bounce so I had no worries. You know your dog.

Alice my sister always uses the vet in the village where they have their apartment, but be warned - on one occasion the vet put the date stamp in the wrong place. When they got to the tunnel, and this was spotted, they were refused boarding and were sent to an 'emergency' vet in Calais, who charged them a cool 140€ to re-stamp the passport in the correct column! Moral: check the passport very carefully ;-)

Having seemed to have improved quite considerably throughout the afternoon, Wanda is poorly again this evening so we will be going to the vet in the morning

:-( Oh dear Baroness, that's a bit worrying. Let's hope the vet can get it sorted properly tomorrow. Flossie sends commiserations to Wanda.
