Murphy is 10 months, and only learnt to cock his leg a few weeks ago. He seemed ridiculously pleased with himself once he'd mastered it but there were a few comedy topples while he learned.

Oh my goodness I just remembered Albie’s comedy moments when he started cocking his leg. To be honest he still sometimes gets the aim wrong and wees on his foot. He’s almost 16 months now.

Aw Bella is very cute.

I remember feeling so excited and proud when Charlie first cocked his leg and did a Big Boy Wee. He’d had a day at Doggy Day Care and I think some of his older doggy friends taught him :-)

Took quite a while for her to settle last night, and being on tenterhooks the whole time meant very little sleep for me despite having the luxury of the bed. She's doing pretty well, has done a few wees and poos outside now, so hopefully she's getting us trained to spot the signs.

Welcome to the thread Bella, you little beauty.
Sounds like she’s doing really well G_g, night time routine is the hardest bit, I think.

Arlo learnt at about 7 months to cock his leg. Thought that was early but he has been going on group dog walks since he was 5 months so thought that influenced him.

Not strictly dog related but does anyone have a way of keeping cats from doing their business on the lawn/plants?

I'm fed up of having to pick up after them. I thought they didn't like lavender but that hasn't helped. Neither has orange peel.
