You might get less visitors if Indi had one of those D2. I think I can read the doggy body language reasonably well. Ernie does lunge but it's always in an effort to say hello. I think we'd get a different response if he wasn't a fluffy, floppy eared bundle of energy with a waggy tail. We are working on it none the less. He will come into the side and sit nicely if people are passing (unless they have ever given him a biscuit or made a fuss). If a dog passes he cannot control himself consistently. That said if he is at the beach with a ball no one exists unless they are holding a twanger. |

We met my dog walker’s Mum at the park this evening. She has a chihuahua. It’s SO SMALL (I think it’s small even for a chihuahua.) it makes sense because she is elderly and would find it hard to walk a bigger dog...but seriously, how do you not sit on it and squash it? Or stand on it? Or lose it down the side of the sofa??

We have some tiny dogs at work, however my training dog, a Greyhound, a very large Greyhound, always gets under my feet.

Aw I want Diego. He looks gorgeous. Ernie is always under my feet. A Chihuahua wouldn't stand a chance. |

We have just-out-of-the-nest fledglings in the garden. One has already met its demise and there were several attempts to bring this trophy into the house to show me. Wanda is most put out that I will only let her in the garden on her lead and last night refused also to go for a walk as there was nothing outside the garden that could possibly be of interest. Hopefully they will be able to fly later today or tomorrow...... |
