Morning
Just going to slip into some Lycra then head to the Lake District to run in the footsteps of giants.

Thank the lord that there are some enormous positives like the TiTs, meeting lovely Fetchies and glorious scenery both on the drive up and on the jog down to Newby.
I decided to zip up my man suit and go for it today. Unfortunately the suit fell apart at the seams and I had a gruelling second half. I'll tell you how tough it was - it was nowhere near as tough as what the TiTs have been through so I'm going to shut up and focus on the positives.
PB by 40 bloody seconds.

Hope you had the same lovely weather we had in the north of the county today
I'm starting to think I might be able to face taking up my free-places-for-life place next year.

Too many positives to share or comment upon for now.
Just three words:
