That moss could be fire moss / redshank (Ceratodon purpureus - britishbryologicalsociety.org.uk ) but I think it could be mouse-tail moss (Isothecium myusoroides britishbryologicalsociety.org.uk ), but since you aren't in the UK, it could be something completely different!
