@FatterITG (and Sigh) - by running 7.5 miles on Tuesday morning, then another 7 on Wednesday, all 'on grid' and with routes that have been carefully planned!

I am lucky that there's a fairly dense network of paths and roads throughout, which makes things much easier (but at the expense of scenery). Just a rather inconvenient river and canal to work round.

I've now got a Dads' Army theme tune ear worm.

EdJ, it's all yours - no way I can beat you this week, happy to help fill in the blanks if I can to help clear the whole grid.

Almost the same. Run before work to scoop double points, don't go too far off grid. Add a twisty tail to an evening bike ride.

And today, have a dentist appointment to cycle to from work (which is only one square away from home, so not much opportunity for a 'commute' - I never log it), returning by a different route. I do have quite a bit of the grid I can't get to, maybe 40 squares; I've not counted.

Thanks Sigh - the bit you've already done are quite helpful, but I'll try not to leave you too much more to do while you're enjoying your holiday!

Thanks - going off-grid this afternoon, doing "Adrenalin Tubing" :-)

Well I've just spent my lunch break plotting a ridiculously complicated, twisty 15 mile run all in my grid. Before I could send it to my Garmin I had to give it a name, I have called it "Oranj" ;-)

It's fair to say that Adrenalin Tubing looks a whole lot more fun than running round Milton Keynes first thing in the morning. I'll focus on the barren wastelands lying virtually west of the A34. Although this teamwork seems a little subversive.
