Hehe rob - I think I'm done for the week. If you can claw back that deficit, the game is yours. My legs are trashed and this weather is too good to be running around busy city centre streets. I'll just be doing a few loops of my local parks.

School sports day today....so There’s usually a dad’s race....and It’s in a previously inaccessible square, the school field😎 Dilemma, do I use my watch and look like a strava w****** and mortally embarrass my kids or forget the watch and concentrate on going for the win ?
