Had a slight variation on Monday evening because I had an extra 5km to cover thanks to run the sum! You are doing well to cover the other squares, I've got shares in you in trader, you need to get out and run! 🤣

Haha, rest day today, 5 miles tomorrow, rest Friday, then 15 on Saturday. Armed with this information, the smart play seems to be to buy early Saturday when my older run from 90 days ago has dropped off, but before I upload the new one...

It really is glorious here today. Sadly it will be dark before I get out. On the plus side I can use my new chest light which will mean some squares I wouldnt normally run in at night become accessible

Ooo if your new chest light is excellent you'll have to let me know what make and model Baz, I have one which is OK, but it isn't really bright enough! always on the look out for new , bright kit!
