I actively went out on a route that wasn’t ‘my’ multiplayer squares this morning because I cba to run my pre-work route on a non-work day. That and my decision to do the same earlier in the week will almost definitely mean I don’t go through, but not bothered...to be honest the ‘need’ to run/walk/cycle the same route for the multiplayer game bores me - i like wsw for the encouragement it gives me to try variations of paths and to discover new ones - and in the last few games the multiplayer does that less and less.

I had the same feeling this morning panad when I was running the same route I have run repeatedly for weeks now. I hope to make the last 8, but if I dont it will be a relief in a way.
I seem to have moved up to 7th, biut expect to go back to 8th. It looks like I need pamrun to register max points in squares to stop bobbob picking them up to get through

I think the key to multiplayer is to do just enough in the early rounds as it takes a two month commitment to win it...
I think there will be probably be a bit more of turnover of the final 8 between games now it is such a high standard needed to get there...

Dave bought shares in me then ran 10k. I've a good mind to stay home just to show'im.
I've also got a bunch of grading, a birthday party (remember them?) and a big dollop of CBAs. But you never know.

It’s interesting how MP strategy has changed in the past two rounds. I only had to consistently run the same route from the semi final onwards. It will be interesting to see how this shakes out towards the end - as people will need progressively more coverage to stay in the game.
