I didn't realise the trash talk extended beyond your own match 
I've just looked, and she's run almost as far as me this week (as well as further), so it's probably more down to *where* the running has happened in relation to the grid.

The next round of matches have been generated. I've got minardi - bring it on
Also, the rankings have been updated. There's still a lot of movement in multiples of 16, but I'm one of a few who have only shifted by 15 points, because Mrs Bridgewater was on 1000 and I was on 1016 - so I was "expected" to win because of my higher ranking, and therefore didn't score as many points as I would have done if we'd both been on the same ranking when the match began.
The matches are generated by sorting the rankings, and pairing up people in order - so the top two ranked players will always play each other. This could mean that the rankings will take longer to reflect playing ability - but I can also look at randomising the pairing a little bit (so for example, you could end up playing anyone within five ranking spots of your own position).
Anyway... those who have won two in a row will now largely be playing each other, so those of you who've had an easy time 'til now should find things a bit trickier.
