tipsku Apr 2023 11:22pm, 27 Apr 2023 2,992 posts	0 tipsku Sunshine in the park, the trees in bloom, birds singing and a couple of dogs playing in the dogs' corner. Sounds very cliché but spring time in the park is beautiful. I loved getting out today for 30 minutes.

Hanging washing on the line on a warm spring morning brings me so much peace and happiness.

I'm aware that that peace can be found in every moment if we appreciate the conditions that have led to that moment but there are just some things that take us away from the clutter of our minds effortlessly and there is nothing like a meditative moment whilst doing the daily chores.
