He was walking on the path beside us with his parents. We had just started the 20sec run/10 sec walk Tabata finisher and this wee boy decided to join us at the edge of the grass. He stopped and started with us and loved hearing the 3.2.1 goooo. An absolute delight and as soon as we finished the finisher he toddled off with his mum and dad.
