That is seriously annoying Phil
Something that I keep meaning to put in here; film adverts. Why do they insist on saying "out November three or coming December eleven" or what have you instead of third, twenty-fourth, eleventh etc?

When a lot of american tv series have to use an English character such as a cop from London they either have to a cockney accent or the other extreme that he's that posh he has a silver spoon up his arse.

TROT&AD, the "hazard light switch" is only installed as a job satisfaction measure for BMW factory workers. Otherwise they'd be no point in fitting the orange lights at all on BMWs.

People who ask questions not to find stuff out they don't know, but to try and show everyone else how clever they are and how much they DO know.
We had a Q&A and one bloke asked a question and rambled on so long about stuff he DID know that I'm not sure he actually asked a question at all.
However that was kind of fitting, because our CEO is a proper politician who does not answer the question he's asked, but the one he wanted to be asked with the answer he wanted to give.
So he was able to easily ramble on about how great we were doing now that he had set such a great strategy in place.
This exchange must have taken about 15 valuable minutes of my life.....

Fragile Do Not Bend
A local favourite race that sells out quickly, moving to a ‘no deferrals, no transfers’ policy.
I know deferrals and transfers are extra work for them but with my history of injury I don’t want to risk losing my money.

HSBC Bank telephone banking. PC Banking is fine but telephone is not unless you really want to speak to someone in the sub-continent who can't grasp the basics.
