Dithers, pavement hoggers and people who cross the road at the same time as you, cut across you and prevent you reaching the pavement safely before a car whizzes past.
Some people out there are so unaware of others. Am I the only one who looks behind me before turning?

The inability to find decent mincemeat at my local shops this morning. There's a McColls (used to be a Co-Op), a bakery, a greengrocers, a general store/off licence and an Aldi. Aldi's offering looked far too 'minced' and nowhere else sold it apart from the bakery which wanted £3 for a small jar of Tiptree's.
Also, when typing on my 'phone and using hyphens and apostrophes it automatically puts a space before the hyphen or apostrophe.
I don't want to type McColl 's It doesn't ever learn my preference so I have to fiddle about deleting the space.

My phone keeps putting in apostrophes where none are needed, making me look illiterate if I'm in a rush and press send.

That's a weird thing on my phone, Carps. I'm impressed that it gets full stops etc right though. Why can't it do apostrophes?

Yaktrax or similar FS. I don't use them often but they're still worth their weight in gold.

[I misread that for a moment as Yaktrax grinding Carp's gears, which made no sense at all!]
