Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

What new kit have you bought/has arrived in the post today?

Because I’m a marketers dream.... if is on offer I’ll be tempted and if they temp me I need it I’ll have it .... as I’m upping myself into the world of ultras ans chatting to fetchies one suggestion was a waist belt so I can have ease of access to some items. Enter a T-shirt with pockets!!! Who knew.

So thoughts are mixed will it stay put? Will it encourage me to take too much so I guess I will test and see. I am hopeless at eating/drinking on longer runs even if it helps with that it will be fine.

It’s snug but feels ok and I suspect it will need to be.

gg, that looks a perfect fit as it is. I hope it's able to accommodate things in the pockets too 😁

Wow, NE, that's quite a delivery. Yes, Shimano seem to be about the 11-speed now. There was Tiagra as well, but I thought I might as well spend a few quid more, especially as it's for a triple. If this one last over 11 000 km like the original, I'll be quite happy.

That's a decent innings for a chain, you did well.

Yes, it was a frightening amount of kit, the top line was way over 2K.... as you've probably surmised, it wasn't all for me :-)

I test ran my top tonight and it never moved an inch, I didn’t have the pockets packed as I don’t think they will need to have much in them just a few essentials that are easier to hand but the pockets are very roomy. Very happy I bought it

Thanks v-rap 😊
