I collected by nail-tyres for the bike yesterday. After a bit of a battle, I got the front one on; the back tyre was for some reason horrendous, but after an argument with doesn-tri-boy (who dared to laugh) and bleeding fingertips, I got it on, on the bike, pumped, aligned not to bash on brakes and generally all ready. Feeling smug and ready to declare my triumph to doesn't-tri-boy, I flipped the bike over, realised the wheel had moved a little, and then heard the pop as the sodding tube burst. B'stard. Getting the bike shop to do it tomorrow.
