I got a karrimor hi vis jacket since it's getting darker... it's lovely! Well, it looks well for hi vis.

I told myself I wouldn't buy any proper running gear til I finished C25k but I don't want to be in danger when I'm out in the evening, even though I won't be on my own. That's my excuse anyway.

A new pair of Nike Zoom Kigers, reduced on Wiggle, because Nike have brought out v2, and ruined the best bit about them - the lovely soft, unstructured heel cup. These are my do everything shoes! Apart from the insoles which I have to throw away.
