The card through the door said that a parcel was in the blue bin. Our neighbour kindly put the blue bin out to be emptied yesterday.

Several years ago my neighbours asked if I could put their recycling boxes by the curb on bin day as they were going to be away. I did as requested, but it seems that a parcel delivery had been left in one of the boxes. I had no reason to check.
