I soon realised I'd taken it out of the freezer yesterday, only to return it there this morning. So, vegetarian it is tonight!

[Now I'm beginning to wonder if I'm slightly mad.] Not so much for running, but swimming or biking I often imagine what there commentators would be saying if I was in a televised event.

I do worry that sometimes when out running that I sing out then too without realising (my singing is perfectly nice but everyone might not want to hear it)
