I'd be surprised if he is the first, but it'll be difficult to find out any others. Loads of players have played in every round from the 1st round proper. Even Troy Deeney's done that. All the preliminary rounds too is quite a claim, though. |

When did the 3rd round big boys rule come in? With that rule in place you are going to struggle to find players who played in rounds 1 and 2. Millwall on their run might have had a squad full. But they might have been championship so would have started round 3 as well.
