[Do English folk know that "Scot-Mid" of which Dvorak speaks is the Co-op, but is called Norco in the North of Scotland (Northern Co-operative, presumably), Scot-Mid in mid-Scotland (Scottish Midland Co-operative, again presumably) etc. Are there other regionally named Co-ops around the UK?]
That lots of music isn't on Spotify. [again, I sort of knew this in principle, for various rights reasons some artists or their publishers wouldn't want some music, but usually I find what I'm looking for - but not 80s western-folk-country-rockers Lone Justice and some of the best tracks on their album Shelter. Boo! ]
Lincolnshire has its own Co-op society, operating a different dividend scheme to CWS. The two co-operative societies operate stores across the county in parallel, though, so one village might have a CWS Co-op, and another might have a Lincolnshire Co-op.
It caused a mild scandal when CWS opened a store in the village next to my office, as lots of folk from neighbouring villages had a dividend card from Lincolnshire as it was the local society that operated their stores.
Fascias are different but the carry ostensibly the same range of goods.
That 'things not on Spotify' thing reminds me. That country fellow, Garth Brooks? Not on Spotify *or* Apple Music. Bigger than TSB if you go by diamond albumen sales.
