Oh, I thought this was going to be a "run or home gym/yoga" type question. I'm running same half dozen routes 4.5 miles in 45 mins every day and I'm booooored with that. Might do some lunch time stretch / strength / conditioning for 45 mins instead.
My lunch (food) is also boring, but I've given up on that! I don't like cooking! G

LOL HappyG I get that too when you are running in lunch you are very restricted! Lammo what sort of sauce are you using? just a pasta style thing?

Microwaved wholegrain rice & quinoa + roast chicken breast (chopped into "wee small" bits) + poached egg (runny as) + sauce of choice (hot sauce for me).
add, where desired. - cheese
- ham - avocado - crispy onions (game changer)
Substitute rice for microwave mash or champ to change it up a bit - Mash Direct particularly good for this.

Like a dipping sauce I guess, have also used hoi sin, not as good though

am currently eating a large bowl of sliced banana, sliced pear, rasberries, grapes and blueberries mixed with Greek yoghurt. Get enough varieties of fruit and it doesn't need to taste the same every day.
