Fetch is what you make it. So many people are into games and stats, others just come for the chat and to log stuff. Others just upload their data, but they’re missing the fun and support. There are even actual threads on here about running faster, I believe

I asked via the help form about getting data from an app that is´t provided here. I guess its a big task to answer all of the members, but anyone knows about the time it usually takes to get an answer? Maybe its impossible to get one of the " big apps" to release its data, since its their value.. But damn i have 8 years of running in the "RUNMETER" app. and i can only get one .fit file at the time, and its not feasible to do in manually.. |

I think you asked at about 6pm on Friday, which means I haven't got back to you yet because of the weekend. GDPR says that you are entitled to access your data in a portable format. So you should definitely be able to get hold of it. As to what format they will supply it in, I don't know - as I've not heard of them before. |

Ah ok, yea, sorry, i was a little to eager. They provide an CVS file, but not thew hole thing in Fitfiles/gpx. So you think they should be providing the whole thing in maybe for instance. .Fit files? |

Bowman - I don't know anything about Runmeter, but their blurb includes this: "Additionally, you can export and import using GPX, TCX, FIT, and KML formats, and you can export using CSV for analysis in spreadsheets." If you can get your eight years' worth of activities into a CSV file, Fetch will almost certainly be able to accept the whole lot in one go without overwriting anything you already have here. (I can't remember where this facility is on here, but I know I used it a few years ago to import a whole load of old training that was on Excel spreadsheets.) |

^ If the mass import facility is still available, there will be a guide which clarifies what data you need in which columns. (And you may well lose some attributes, but you'll be able to import as a minimum date, distance and duration!)

Hurray, since i requested my files the last time from "runmeter" and they couldn't help me, they have develop it! So now i got all the file as fit in an Zip file!!! Now i just have to get them in place here. I almost wrote an VBA script to rearrange my CSV-file to fit the uploading criteria here. |
