Red Squirrel Jan 2016 4:44pm, 27 Jan 2016 18,953 posts	0 Red Squirrel In a rush at lunchtime today. Packet of mixed lettuce on a plate, topped with a can of tuna in olive oil, squeeze of lemon, some pickled chilli beetroot and a large handful of Bombay mix. Some dried dates for afters.

He would then go home, make the entire loaf-worth of sandwiches and then freeze them. Every morning he would take a round out and put it in his lunchbox.

One of them made a month's worth of ham/cheese sandwiches for their kids' packed lunches and froze them, taking them out in rotation. I think the idea was to save both time and money but i felt very sorry for the kids.
