For the Cornish - sadly no-one else at the club has them, it's down to me that we narrowed it down to 3. I went round all the old timers at the time and that filled in most of the 1980s and 1990s. I'd kept the 2006 onwards from when I was at the club.

The Harrow results were apparently reported in the Harrow Observer, which no longer exists but there's a large archive online which it might be worth searching. The local club doesn't have them but I've been given a couple of suggestions for others who might that I'll follow up at track next week. There's been much admiration for 1000 marathons too! |

@CasB I've passed your comments on. I believe he's aiming for the WR for the fastest 1000 and is aiming for Milton Keynes 2024 for his 1000th.
