Apologies if this is a duplicate request, but I've just seen a FB post asking if anyone has copies of Race Results for the following events: (It's for Steve Edwards, currently on the run-up to his 1000th marathon. Just checked with Mr Ness cos he ran Sheffield marathon. I think he kept a commemorative booklet with race times in it from one of those. Unfortunately no help cos he ran it in 1982, 83 and 84. |

Not for the races you've mentioned I'm afraid although I am researching the podium places for a number of older races. It seems as if runBritain and the Power of 10 don't have much information on anything before 2010. Sometimes even a internet search can bring some older results up. You could have a go to see if any results were published in the local newspapers within a day or two of the race. If you select the town/city name and then on Advanced Search, the result may appear. Failing that, you could request a seven day trial which might be a better option. |

The Cornish marathon ones we (the club) know where they are, but are unlikely to be able to recover in the short or medium term. Basically our former president has copies in her loft, where she cannot access them due to infirmity, and only her husband could, but he has sadly passed away after a lengthy illness. If it changes, we will provide them, but it's a sensitive situation.

Thank Chris. I've suggested to Steve that he joins Fetch, so maybe he will see this comment. I wonder if anyone else in the club has any copies?
