Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

make sure you ask for "English Tea" or those crazy floridians will give you that awful iced variety.

Even if you do you will get Twinnings tea which aint that nice - I should take your own teabags if you need a decent brew prior to 26.2.

Anyone else blowing the budget and signed up for Runner's Retreat?
I figured it would be somewhere warm and dry to hang out at silly o'clock!

Anyone been on the website to get their packet waiver forms printed?
It saves time at the expo, so I've printed ours.
Our numbers are:
Girlie Marathon 11243
Girlie HM 28023
WW 5K 1175
LMG Mickey Mile 3184.

Makes it seem more real and exciting:-)

Ooooo! Thanks for reminding me. We will go to the expo on Thurs (got to for 5K number pickup for the Friday!).

I am:

5K 1691
HM 22222 (yes really - I haven't accidentally leaned on the 2 key)
FM 4643

I did my last 20 miler today. On the treadmill - no problems with being out in the snow but when it is so deep you can't lift your feet properly it's not practical for that sort of distance.

I need a holiday :)

Hoping Gatwick is clear by Jan 3rd!- LMG is getting quite concerned about missing her holiday!
That's a cool number for the HM NDellar!
