Yep. With distancing it was over an hour in the queue. Pleased to see that everyone was sticking it out for local elections which never have massive turnout. Would be interested to know how many people can vote at that station, though, at that pace they can’t have got more than 500 or so through in the day. Four papers, including two alternative votes and one voting for up to three councillors, so more time consuming than a general election would have been.

Yeah. There were about 300* candidates on the second ballot (Scottish parliament) all ‘Scottish whatever Party’. Apparently some folk have really struggled to find the right candidate.
