Shouting like a loon certainly does work, even if not Fetched up or dressed in a gimp suit!

hmm, I can't see me being in a fit state to either jump up and down like a loon nor yell FEEEETTTTTCCCCCHHHHIIIIEEEEEESSSSS!! at any point in the run let alone 22-odd miles!
I am running for two charities, both of whom are sending me vests. Would it be terribly bad form to wear my Fetch top and fashion the two vests into some sort of skirt?? - especially as the RNLI offer massages afterwards and I don't want to miss that by not being logo'd up!

Last year i cut up my charity vest . I cut around the large charity logo and stitched it across the back of my fetch top.

Yelling, leaping and/or Fetch top in combination works best.
I don't really want to Team Captain this year but will definitely be there to help from early until late

Don't know how I got noticed last year, I was about to pull out and was about 10 minutes ahead of estimates. But it was one hell of a cheer!
This year I'll be Fetched up, and hoping to race :)G for first Fetch shirt honours!!

I'll be there - might not be able to be there for whole day as promised the charity I'm running for at Brighton that I'd go down to help support their VLM runners
