But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Yay and welcome Pikelet...regarding your comment on the spreadsheet, make sure you have electrolytes with you for the prevention of cramps....Lucozade doesn't contain any (I found out the hard way in 2012 when I ran VLM - very slowly). I can have Hi-5 or Nuun electrolytes for you if you like...let me know! :)

Aww thanks Garfield. I will be taking a couple of electrolyte tablets to hopefully dissolve in some water at some point. Also I've been drinking tonic water like it's going out of fashion! (old ladies swear by this I'm told so it should suit me!). Any extra available at mile 22 would be most welcome though :-)

I'm guessing they don't come in vodka? Absolutely anything would be great, I can't quite believe I have an (almost) complete stranger doing something so lovely for me! I'nt Fetch brilliant! :-)
