Nice CC a mini break with a small organised run included.
I must say I'm glad not to have to do the whole tube across London thing this time.

I'm staying near Regents Park on Saturday and Sunday (no way I'm sitting on a train on Sunday evening!). I'm relying on my running buddy, a London marathon veteran, to get me to the start!
I'm considering coming down to London on the day on the Thursday for the expo, as I don't really want to go on Saturday when it's busy and I have family with me. I'd like to spend some time wandering round and stay off my feet the day before the race.

We're travelling down by train on Friday and doing the expo then I think, and like you Meglet we're heading back on Monday.

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Handy thing about being relatively local is that I can go to expo more than once. For the first time in four years though I shall be going as a 'proper' punter

Sadly, not backed with the interest or support to do that.
Will just have to do my best on an early start, coach trip and expo Sat and then mara and coach back Sunday

I love the expo...I've only run VLM once, but I've been to the expo lashings of times.
