Okay, so given the stress yesterday you'd think they would have more phone lines available...have VLM on speed dial.
I have five previous rejections...and the link wouldn't work last night when I finally got on the site for a guaranteed place. So had to apply for a regular ballot place.
What are my chances guys...are the phones being answered?

I managed to finally get through at about 7.30am this morning, and have had both the confirmation e-mail and the e-mail confirming payment.
I think the trick is to set your alarm for about 5am and have a go then...

Somehow I guess with repeated page crashes and refreshes I have managed to enter Mrs JJ in the ballot twice. Given the statement in the confirmation email - 'One really important thing...Please don’t enter the ballot more than once as this could result in all your entries being cancelled'. I am worried, been trying to ring them but constantly engaged. Either they are very busy with similar problems or have taken the phone off the hook and gone home.
