They gave me a refund on 2 places... obviously because I am such a spanner!

I can see how it would happen, FP; entered yesterday, got an email from them today suggesting I should enter (With the knee troubles, this is probably entering one time too many, but that's traditional, right?)

With mine I entered the day after the race and then entered again months later when they sent out a generic "Places filling up fast". I emailed them about a refund a couple of times but never heard any more from them.

Ok, I've just entered, so I'm relying on the rest of you to remember for me that I don't need to panic when that 'filling up fast' email comes in a few months time!

Right, I'm in, having scoured my emails to check I hadn't already entered.

If you post here and on the old Bupa 10,000m forum then surely it is de rigeur to enter twice too. And yes I am guilty of entering this twice a few years ago. Can't believe I have signed up for this on a weekend when I have 2 marathons already booked.

£28 for a 10K? Is it really worth that much?

It is the best bits of the London marathon without having to run 26miles.
I have a soft spot for it because it is the first race I ever entered - it is very well organised.
