Now I'm seeing mainly adverts so not much improvement to be honest - I'm really not sure why I still look at FB but I can't seem to break the habit.

It’s all there for the world to see! The last virtual challenge I did in December with Hare and Tortoise (400 miles) took my mileage straight from ~~strava~~ and just emailed me every day to tell me how far along I was, it was brilliant! Mind you we were promised an end to end app that was going to do that just before Christmas!
