I think it was responsible of MI to run the initial story without any evidence either way. It would have been much better for him to have waited the few days to conclude the investigation than to just put out hearsay and gossip. He certainly add fuel to the fire, and almost the first result in Google when searching her name is his initial post, and the follow up after that.

Time for my annual. “Who do you think will win UTMB” post. Killian to repeat the D’haene double last year? Walmsley to end his bogey run. Tom Evans? Camille Herron for the women (though I read somewhere she’s no longer in the list)? KitKat? Jasmin Parris? |

Me. I think I will UTMB. I’m not there just to take part - you can’t stand there on the starting line just there to make up the numbers If for some reason I don’t win it, then it will probably be Kilian for the men and I would love it if Jasmine Paris won the womens |

Looks to me like Jim has really put some incredibly focussed training in. Though that doesn't necessarily mean it's his to win. He's still probably not, maybe never going to be (?), as at ease on this terrain as Killian just for starters. Given his excellent philosophy towards racing, I think he'll win, or at least incredibly close to it, or DNF. |

I follow (or should that be stalk) Jim on another less well known website. He’s spent ages in the Alps this year. Good luck NDWDave. What’s your number so I can add you to my stalk list? |

There was this video of his training earlier in the summer partly explaining his training and dedicated time in the Alps (oh, to be a quality, professional athlete!!) It's only part 1, though I don't think there's been a part 2 as of yet. |

Mr. K.
Ian Sharman just pulled out of his 100th Ultra at Leadville 100. His big 2022 target race. Says he is "Extremely disappointed.....having a covid test now" Wow. Big decision that. |
