Evening, or is it still afternoon?

What: just a couple of kms

Why: legs a little tener after yesterday, plus on my feet most of the day at work. Wore plenty; train heavy, race light.

@Derby Tup , I understand completely about not doing the 10k! My kms these days are often slower than the miles I used to run.

joys of working means can only do shorter walks (unless I can take extra and make time up)

Just two of us for a hill sesh. Felt a bit sick by the time we got to the top!
