But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Wabo, hopefully the next couple of days will see you better, hope it goes well.
Legs didn't feel great for running so P dropped me 7m from home on St Magnus way on way to taking van for MOT. Lovely coastal walk in the sun. Plus getting sorted for going away tonight. Hope it's just a leg blip but not sure.

Ah turmeric cures everything!

Lyrics: not until I Googled.

What: Dog walks and a mile.
Why: Streaking and tapering at the same time!

Last hard: Monday
Last rest: tonight, although packing is stressful, not restful!
I don't really need much, but I am going in the van overnight on my own for the first time, so there is a bit extra to think about.
