Only ever had one rural property (rented for one year in Scottish Borders - lovely place but just a bit too remote) before and it had the clever automatic, phone-the-oil-company system that auto ordered when it go low. I always wait until ours gets down to one and last year that was too close to Christmas to get a delivery quickly! Don't run out Rose! G
