Nellers Dec 2019 11:16am, 9 Dec 2019 35,425 posts	0 Nellers That's why I'm (trying to) stick to the C25K. I'm fit enough to just go out and run but that's not sensible. Having said that C25K today said 5 walk/5run/3walk/8run/3walk/5run/walk home. I added in another 3 minute run because it was cold and I had more than 5 minutes to walk home anyway from where I'd got to. The principle is sound and the intentions are honourable though.;-)
