Gobi Dec 2024 4:34pm, 11 Dec 2024 81,900 posts	0 Gobi We really are off the grid in here. I went to the office yesterday. 250 mile round trip to sit in a room on my own but it makes management happy. Obviously I went to the gym, went running and did a few hours of karate but a very long day. Today I was back on the bike at 6am, last push before races through the Christmas block into nationals. Put out some of my best numbers this year which is pleasing. Out this evening teaching 2 classes as the regular sensei is ill. Keep warm out there people
