I thought I'd posted yesterday. Clearly my brain has gone into hibernation. So, yesterday IR then ISITLi. 6* water temperature. As one of the other swimmers commented, the water temperature was 'challenging'. |

Not getting me in the water - ever. Off for a HOT shower  Just raced for the first time in 6 weeks - 4.5 watts per kg for 21 mins (325 watts) and yes my weight is currently close to correct. Much pain for 3rd |
