I ran with the dog again. Now done 51 miles this year and all with her. First time I have run 3 days in a row this year.

The rugby club made me the Carnaval princess 🥹

In reality this means I get an inconvenient paper onesie, hard hat, and tool belt to wear all day/night, because the club has just broken ground on building a new clubhouse.
But nonetheless I'm very touched.

There was also some sort of terrifying 'royal' sack barrow that my 'Prince' was supposed to push me around on all night, but rather than starting with an actual sack barrow that has two wheels they'd taken the bucket off a wheel barrow and replaced it with a backward facing office chair, so it was horrifically unstable, and the rider was facing backwards.
It didn't feel very regal.
