I'd like to say how much I'm enjoying my interval sessions in the trainers but I'm not they bloody hurt.

We talked about it, my friend Kris and I.
A couple of summers ago I got her into open water swimming and gave her the first wetsuit I bought.

So it's not unreasonable that we might head out for a sea swim together in the not too distant future.
