Bright and brisk again in Borkel, but allegedly we should get above freezing at some point.

I'm off to the seaside with a friend today, for the third instalment of my week off. Yarn stores may also be on the agenda.

But I shall move some heavy things around before I go pick her up.

Yesterday i jogged slowly and cycled easily, relatively.

Today i'm in the office, it's very cold and foggy, no exercise will be undertaken.

Yesterday’s wee effort on the bike seems to have gone down well (early bed, deep sleep, refreshed on waking, feeling good). Might have to do it again….

Meanwhile, today I will be mostly “onboarding” via the internet. Seems you can teach an old dog new tricks.

Diving into the 21st Century with a manic grin. Since 2023 ;)
