I have been applying. Same lanyard. Very unlikely to be successful but the opportunity might not be there in 6 months when I'd be more ready. Seize the day etc. Rest day.

We have about 5 organisations in the building and it is generally frowned on to wear the wrong colour coded lanyard (and you'll be mocked for wearing the light blue lanyard of shame if you've forgotten your badge and needed a day pass). Compulsory bluey purple for me. This is except for Charles in IT who has one badge with about seven different coloured lanyards attached, collected off leavers who handed laptops back to him.
