Some impressive totals. Well done, all.
No cycling or swimming for me this month so not really anywhere near as good as anyone here! My main focus is preparing for my marathon so...
Swim 0 miles / 0 hours
Bike 0 miles / 0 hours
Run 175 miles / 30 hours 57 minutes
Walk 50.4 miles / 13 hours 24 minutes
Cross 14 hours 49 minutes
TOTAL: 59 hours 10 minutes
Hopefully some cycling/swimming next month.

1 failed sprint triathlon I didn't complete the swim but did do the bike and run

TRACK - 6 races , year ends with a host of seasons bests but also a feeling of what might have been
1 trail 10km - 2nd overall
1 mtb race - blew my body to bits and ended up with a DNF
All in all a solid build month
Next months schedule has made me nervous :¬)
